The Spring Ave Townhome is centrally located in Sioux Falls.

It’s 3/4 of a mile to Sanford Hospital, and 1 mile to Avera Hospital. Also near by is the University of Sioux Falls and Augustana College. We have had many students, interns, doctors, and practitioners stay with us.

One of Sioux Falls’ most beautiful parks, McKennan Park, is less than half a mile away and features an ice rink, two swimming pools for kids, an amphitheater, playground, tennis courts, and a gorgeous garden.

Downtown is just a mile north and features the historic Falls Park, sculpture walk on Phillips Avenue, and plenty of restaurants and bars. We personally recommend Minerva’s and Mama's Ladas.

Getting Around

Uber and Lyft are available in Sioux Falls, as well as public bus service.

There is free parking on the street and in the lot behind the townhomes.
Heated garage parking is available for a fee.
