On the the upper level (up two flights of stairs on the 3rd floor) you can find the shared washer and dryer. Down one flight of stairs is the fully equipped modern kitchen and furnished living room with balcony, all of which are shared with the other guests. There's high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the townhome.
The heated attached double garage may be available for a fee. There is plenty of free parking on the street and in the empty lot behind the townhomes.
Guests are not allowed to have visitors over without prior approval.
